Sunscreen Protection

EWG's analyzed more than 600 beach and sport sunscreens and discovered that they could recommend only one in five sunscreens for this summer! The rest either don't protect enough or contain hazardous ingredients that don't belong on your skin.

After your 15 to 20 minutes in the sun (without sunscreen) to get the maximum Vitamin D absorption, cover up and use the safest sunscreen you can find.
