Avoid this Scone at Breakfast...

Starbucks Blueberry Scone
- 460 calories
- 22 g fat (12 g saturated)
- 420 mg sodium
- 61 g carbohydrates
As Yummy as it may appear and just because it has "blueberries" in it doesn't mean this breakfast bread is healthy... far from it.

In fact, scones and other quickbreads come loaded with so much butter and cream that their saturated fat counts are anything but.

This "light" morning snack accounts for more than half of your day's suggested saturated fat intake.  Want to lose weight or maintain what you've already lost?  Avoid this.
