The Best Foods to Fight PMS

PMS?  Here's some great foods you can be eating to help you "fight" those PMS situations:

- Salmon: eases the menstrual cramps.  Aren't able to eat salmon for whatever reason?  Take Fish Oil capsules because just like the salmon it's loaded with omega 3's.

- Turkey: it's high amount of tryptophan helps beat back that irritability.

- Pumpkin Seeds: are famous for their magnesium which helps bring down that bloating.

-  Greek yogurt: the probiotics in it can help ease stomach problems and the calcium in it eases PMS symptoms.

- Almonds: great source of Vitamin E that helps alleviate PMS symptoms.

BONUS TIP

Here's some "foods" that will make your PMS worse and not feeling pretty...

- Coffee: yep your favorite brew can make sleep and anxiety issues a lot worse and it may cause the breasts to become a lot more tender than usual.

- Salty Treats: like potato or tortilla chips will cause water retention.
