What's the best snack for watching your weight?
There are a lot of research studies to show eating nuts instead of carbohydrate heavy snacks like Cheetos doesn't result in weight gain. This is true even when folks eat more calories by eating nuts. We also know that eating nuts can help improve cholesterol profiles. Keep almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pecans and other nuts on hand for your snacks.




Yes, I agree, but they need to be raw, unprocessed nuts. Roasted and salted takes away a lot of the nutritional benefit. A cheetoh does taste better until you get used to raw, natural, unprocessed snacks, then you realize it's sort of gross.
