What kind of music helps you to eat less?

A study at John Hopkins University discovered that listening to soft music while you eat helps you eat less and chew slower. Rock music causes you to eat faster and consume more food.

    That makes sense...considering how music can affect your moods as well. I heard one time that restaurants pick there color schemes by how long they want patrons to dine. The theory was bright colors caused customers to eat faster if they wanted to get them in and out so they could serve "more" customers.
