What do repressed emotions do to your health?

Repressed emotions like anger, anxiety, and fear can tighten muscles, reducing blood flow to areas such as the back and the neck - leading to back pain. Many times, this is an unconscious reaction to the old trauma of which the person is not even aware of the emotion(s) causing the pain.  Seek help from a wise source to enable you to let those repressed emotions "go".  And realize that you still need to exercise and eat a healthy diet to enable you to deal with the excess stress in a much healthier, healing way, too.  But doing so may require you to bring alongside you someone you will be accountable to because you'll have the great tendency to withdraw from all that is good... don't let that happen.  Make the choice to call upon a trusted friend to help you with this.

This is so true! This is like a proverb, thoughts and emotions manifest in our life in some form or another.
