Tired? Try this...

Next time you come home from work, feeling tired, instead of grabbing a snack or watching TV, break a sweat.  A few minutes of vigorous exercise will make you feel much better and much more energetic. 

It's a lot easier to plop down in the easy chair, but make the choice to instead go change your work clothes into your workout clothes and force yourself to exercise.  You will not only exercise your wisdom by the right and healthier choice, but your body will thank you for it and so will your loved ones!
