The Diet that Causes Ulcers

A study in the British Medical Journal concluded that "diets high in refined sugar" might increase stomach acidity above normal levels, which may lead to heartburn and ulcers.  It's very difficult to lose weight or even gain it when suffering from this. It's also very difficult to stay with a routine exercise and diet plan when you suffer with these.  It'll be a life-saving decision when someone finally says, "Enough!  I'm not going to live like this anymore.  I need help... now!"  After medical intervention, that's when the person seeks out someone else like a qualified "Health Coach" to help them consistently stay on track and accountable so as to get back up on life's great adventure road and stay there.
