Some Powerful Ways to Inspire Yourself and Others

- Always be aware that you’re never too young or too old to keep on keeping on.

- Never quit risking.

- Never quit persevering. Know that the road to the next level is always uphill.

- Be a student of health and fitness.

- Realize that the mind, body and spirit are all connected. Exercise each. Believe and practice that it is contradictory and hypocritical to believe in God and not watch your diet and stay fit.

- Eating right, thinking right and exercising really do make a difference every day of your life.

- Be open to learn from others when it makes sense and is birthed from experience and wisdom.

- Be a person of integrity.  Mean what you say and say what you mean.

- Don’t be politically correct when the truth needs to be heard.

- If someone is “out of shape”… tell them so and then challenge them to let you help them “get in shape”.

- Do not compromise your core beliefs.

- Never go with the tides of popular or conventional “wisdom” which only proves that the only thing that goes with the flow is the dead fish.

- Love yourself as you are but also love yourself enough NOT to settle for yourself as you are.
