#1 Cause of Skin Problems

The number one thing that absolutely causes the most skin problems and premature aging is smoking!  

Smoking puts toxic chemicals into your system that explodes free radical formation that causes your collagen to break down which causes the skin to lose its vitality.  Smoking and cigarette smoke deprives all of your body's organs of oxygen, which is critical for the repair of your skin. When the cigarette smoke or second hand smoke decreases the oxygen content of your skin, your capillaries dilate and break which gives your skin a very unhealthy appearance. 

Bottom line: to save your skin; stop smoking.  If you don't smoke, don't be around any kind of second hand smoke (tobacco smoke of any kind in the air you breath) or third hand smoke (smoke that has turned to nicotinic tar and clings to walls, clothing, and anything tobacco smoke comes in contact with).
