Stretch to be Injury Free

Do your body a huge favor and stretch every day.  It's not very exciting, but it's really important on a daily basis to give your body a stretch to help improve your circulation and prevent injuries.

Consider doing your stretches and your exercising first thing in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast. When you stretch you'll feel your body "opening up" and "being more alive".

Way to many people don't stretch because it seems "passive" and therefore they think it does any good.  But the parts of you that need stretching are not on the surface... it's deep into the tendons and muscles.  The good it does is very real, even if you can't see it.

A good stretching routine will not only help you heal if you get an injury, it will also help you avoid injuries in the first place.

Studies prove that people over 50 found that those who stretched frequently were more likely to say they felt healthier.
